Setup takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on your tech stack. You can configure integrations yourself through the admin page, or we’ll handle it for you.
Yes. Your data is stored on AWS in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, and fully isolated per organisation — no shared tables or cross-tenant access. We’re fully GDPR compliant, including erasure rights, and we never train AI models on your operational data.
AlfredOps is designed to be intuitive from the first login. Each role sees only what’s relevant to them — a waiter sees a simple shift companion on their phone, while a GM gets full operational visibility. We also include two one-hour onboarding sessions with your team to walk through the features and make sure everyone feels confident from day one.
